In an effort to meet and exceed Keller Williams’ standards, our Caravan Program is being refined and is on track to become a premiere marketing tool in 2024. Be sure to stay tuned for future reveals.
Please review the areas carefully. The following caravan schedule has been adopted in the Greater Brandon and surrounding areas in order to facilitate wider cooperation and better participation in our area open houses:
- Brandon 33510, 33511
- Dover/Valrico (North) 33584, 33592, 33594 (Dover/Valrico North of 60) and Plant City
- Valrico / Dover (South) 33596 and 33527 (Dover/Valrico South of 60)
- Lithia 33547 (33563, 33565, 333566, 33567, and Rural Plant City on the Route 39 / County Line Road side)
- Riverview & South 33569, 33578, 33579, 33534, 33572 plus any zip in Gibsonton, Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Wimauma, or Sun City Center
We also would like to ask those holding open houses to extend their hours if possible to a preferred 11am-2pm. We will ask our area “Featured Builders” to be open from 1-3, which will allow for them to be included at the end of caravan and provide a nice gathering event at the end of caravan.
